Relationship Between Students’ Attitude Towards Vocabulary Learning and Their English Vocabulary Knowledge

This study investigated the relationship between students’ attitude (cognitive, affective and behavioral) towards vocabulary learning their English knowledge (breadth, depth fluency) with reference to Grade 9. It employed a correlational research design simple random sampling stratified techniques. Pearson’s r was computed examine each of three aspects breadth, fluency knowledge. The coefficient determination (r2) calculated multiplied by 100 give percentage value how difference in one variable is predicted another variable. findings show that there very strong positive breadth knowledge, but for few aspect A moderate found weak cognitive some There also predicts breath, 77.44%, 26.3169% 35.76% respectively (maximum values). Lastly, appropriate recommendations were made based on conclusions study.
